Customer Service

Summary of Position

The Customer Service assures maximum satisfaction of our internal and external customers by managing their expectation in order to achieve the objective of creating retained, loyal customer. The Customer Service handles day-to-day Language Center operations and may perform administrative functions. Other key responsibilities include supporting retention and acquisition sales functions and tracking marketing activities. This is a multifunction position that requires a high level of customer service first along with the ability to handle various administration tasks.


  • Male/Female, age between 30 and 40 years old
  • University Degree
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer service-oriented attitude
  • Sales experience/aptitude desirable
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Thai nationality
